1 cup sugar
6 TBSP cocoa
1 cup milk
3 TBSP Crisco
3 TBSP butter
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
2 cups flour
2 tea baking soda
1 cup milk
1 tea salt
1 tea vanilla
|
Boil sugar, cocoa, and milk till thickens, then cool. Put shortening in bowl. Cream shortening and sugar and egg yolks, then put in cocoa mixture. Beat thoroughly. Sift in flour. Add rest of ingredients slowly and blend on high 2 minutes.
Bake 400 for 45 minutes.
