Pumpkin Cake Roll

Cake
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
¾ cup flour
1 tea baking soda
2 tea cinnamon
Spread
8 ounces 10x sugar
4 TBSP butter
1 tea vanilla

Cake - Beat eggs 5 minutes. Mix rest of ingredients together. Grease and flour cookie sheet with sides or jelly roll pan. Pour in mixture, and bake 350 for 15 - 20 minutes. Then sprinkle paper linked with 10z sugar and toll cake in paper towel. Let cool ½ hour.
Unroll the cake roll and remove paper. Spread creamed cheese mixture on and roll up again. Refrigerate.
