1 stick butter
1 cup flour
½ cup chopped pecans
8 ounces creamed cheese
1 cup 10x sugar
cool whip
½ cup coconut
3 cups cold milk
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
|
Mix butter, flour, and pecans. Press in a 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Cool. Mix creamed cheese, 10x sugar, 1 cup cool whip, and spread over crust. Sprinkle with coconut. Mix milk and instant pudding and spread on top of cheese mixture. Top with rest of cool whip. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
