Cake
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tea baking soda
2 tea cinnamon
4 eggs
1 ½ cups oil
3 cups carrots, grated
1 tea vanilla
Creamed Cheese Frosting
1 stick butter
1 ½ - 2 cups 10 x sugar
8 ounces creamed cheese
1 tea vanilla

Cake - Sift flour, sugar, soda, and cinnamon five times. Beat eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients. Beat with carrots. Bake 350 30 - 35 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13 baking pan. Top with creamed cheese frosting.
Frosting - Cream butter and cheese. Sift in sugar. Stir in vanilla. Chill.
