directions |
2 ¼ cup flour
1 ¼ cup sugar
2 ½ tea baking powder
½ tea baking soda
½ tea salt
½ cup shortening
2 eggs
1 ½ cup mashed bananas
1 tea vanilla
|
Cream eggs, shortening, and sugar. Add mashed bananas. Sift together dry ingredients and add till well blended. Add vanilla.
Bake 325 for 40 minutes.
