Cake
¾ cup all purpose flour
¾ cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
¾ tea baking soda
½ tea salt
¾ cup buttermilk
¼ cup shortening
1 egg
½ tea vanilla
Topping
8 oz creamed cheese
½ cup sugar
1/8 tea salt
1 egg
½ package of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Make topping - mix everything except for choco chips till smooth. Add chips last. Set aside. Measure all ingredients in large bowl. Beat ½ minute on low and 3 minutes on high. Pour into muffin tins till ½ full. Spoon 1 TBSP of topping on top.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
