Mix:
1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
Sift together then add:
2 3/4 cup flour
2 tea cream of tartar
1 tea baking soda
1/2 tea salt
|
Chill dough. Roll into walnut size balls. Then roll in mixture of 2 TBSP sugar and 2 Tea cinnamon.
Bake 400 7-8 minutes.
