Put oats, peanut butter, and vanilla in large bowl and set aside. Put rest of ingredients in a pan on the stove over medium heat. Stir constantly until it comes to a roaring boil. Boil 3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients to mixture. Stir for one minute. Drop on wax paper.
