Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Stir and cool. Beat eggs until foamy. Then add sugar 2 TBSP at a time. Beat till thickened. About 5 minutes with electric mixer. Blend in chocolate. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stire in vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake 350 8-10 minutes.
