5 - 6 medium red potatoes
½ cup Bermuda or vadalia onion, chopped
½ tea salt
¼ tea pepper
2 tea celery seed
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP yellow mustard
1/8 cup milk
3 TBSP fresh parsley
Kraft Mayonnaise

Cook potatoes in boiling water with their skins on till tender. Cool, peel and cube. Add onion, salt, pepper, sugar, and mustard. Add milk and mayo till desired consistency. Add parsley and celery seed last. Chill and serve.

This one is DonnaRae and Linda's... They used to work at a local grocery store and this was the store was known for it's potato salad... Can't say what chain it was because it's their secret potato salad recipe.
