Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and salt. Let cool. Add pineapple, cranberry sauce, celery, and walnuts. Chill. Cook eggs, sugar, salt, pineapple juice and lemon and orange juice till thick. Beat in evaporated milk. Fold in whipped cream. Put on top of chilled mixture. Chill some more and serve. I usually use this one for thanksgiving dinner.
