1 cup sugar
¼ cup flour
¼ cup tarragon vinegar
1 ½ cup water
¼ cup mustard
1 cup celery, chopped
½ cup carrots, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs
½ pound or more of cooked macaroni
salt & pepper to taste
1 tea celery seed
mayonnaise

Cook sugar, flour, vinegar, and water till thick. Add mustard. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, carrots, celery, and hard boiled eggs. Add cooked mixture and mayo till desired consistency. Add salt, pepper, and celery seed. Chill and serve.
