1 can white tuna fish, drained
½ onion, diced
mayo
American cheese
rye bread
|
Mix the tuna with the onion and mayo to moisten. Butter outside of 6 slices of bread. Inside, put the tuna mixture & cheese. Put on hot griddle + fry on low heat till golden.
You may use any type of bread. We just like the rye.
Bake 400 - 5 minutes.
