1 egg
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tea dry mustard
2 tea Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP lemon
2 cups (7 ½ ounces) crab meat
green pepper
2 slices white bread (broiled 1 minute)
¼ cup grated American cheese
dry bread crumbs

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add crab meat and green pepper. Put mixture on broiled bread, top with grated American cheese.
Bake 400 - 5 minutes.
