ingredients |
directions |
3 onions, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 stick butter
18 oysters - juice & all
1 box crushed OTC crackers
salt & pepper to taste
˝ tea old bay seasoning
milk or cream
|
Sauté onions + celery in butter till soft. Add oysters, OTC crackers, seasonings, and stir. Add milk till moist, and put in baking dish
Bake 375 1 hour till brown
