3 TBSP butter
3 TBSP flour
½ cup heavy cream
1/8 tea garlic powder
1/8 tea pepper
¼ tea salt
½ tea old bay seasoning
¼ cup dry bread crumbs
12 oz. Crab meat
1 egg + 1 tea water
dry bread crumbs

Melt butter. Blend in flour & add milk. Cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Remove from heat & add seasonings + ¼ cup bread crumbs. Add crab meat. Mix well. Cover & chill. Shape mixture into patties. Dip in crumbs, egg, and crumbs again. Fry in butter until brown. Drain on towel.
