ingredients |
directions |
2 medium onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans clams
1 stick butter
Italian Style bread crumbs
2 TBSP old bay seasoning

Sauté the onions, & celery in the butter till soft. Put in medium mixing bowl. Add the canned clams, including the juice. Add the spice and enough bread crumbs to make it the consistency of stuffing (be careful not to get this too dry).
Bake in a 400 oven for 1 hour.
