1 lb of beef cubes (I used round)
2 bags of frozen mixed soup vegetables
hot water (don't use town water!)
2 TBSP butter
2 boxes of Beef Flavored herb-ox (8 packages per box)
1 box of Knorr's vegetable soup mix
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
1/4 cup cooking vermouth

Cut the beef cubes up small. Brown them on low heat on the stove.
Put frozen veggies in crock put. Mix the beef herbox and the knorr's veggie soup mix with
some hot water (about 4 cups). Pour over veggies. I really didn't
measure this so you are going to have to look to see to make it soupy
if it needs more water or not. Put in the 2 TBSP of butter. Cover lid and cook on high for
7 hours. Melt the butter in the microwave and add the flour. Make a smoothe paste.
Add to soup mixture. Pour in vermouth, stirring well. Cook another 3 hours on low.
