3 cups dry macaroni
8 TBSP butter
4 TBSP flour
2 tea dry mustard
2 tea salt
½ tea pepper
4 cups milk
1 pound white American Cheese
½ pound Velveeta Cheese
|
Cook macaroni as directed. Melt butter, blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk and cheese, which has been chunked. Stir constantly until cheese melts and the sauce is thick and smooth. Combine sauce and macaroni and bake in 3 quart buttered casserole at 400 for 35 - 40 minutes, covered.
