2 packages frozen broccoli
½ pound velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
¼ pound Ritz Crackers (crushed)
|
Cook and drain broccoli. Add ½ stick butter. Stir in chopped cheese. Put in buttered casserole. Melt the other ½ stick butter and mix with the crushed crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
