ingredients |

1 LB ground beef
½ tea pepper
½ tea paprika
2 beef bullion cubes
1/3 cup boiling water
1 small can mushrooms
3 potatoes, peeled & cubed
8 slices American cheese
1 egg
½ stick butter
|
Brown burger & place in 8x8 casserole. Sprinkle pepper & paprika over top. Fry mushrooms in ¼ stick butter and put on top of meat. Mix juice & bullion cubes together & pour over meat. Cook (boil) potatoes until soft. Drain, mash, & add egg, butter, and a little milk to make them creamy. Layer cheese on top of mushrooms, and mashed potatoes on top of cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 oven 30 - 45 minutes.
