ingredients |
directions |
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
3 tea cinnamon
3 tea baking powder
1 tea salt
¼ tea baking soda
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tea vanilla
|
Cream oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add zucchini. Blend in dry ingredients and mix on medium 2 minutes. Pour in 2 small loaf pans or one large greased and floured pans.
Bake 325 for 1 hour.
