3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tea baking soda
1 tea baking powder
1 tea salt
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/4 cups raw cranberries, roughly chopped
3 tea grated orange rind

Sift the flour with the soda, baking powder, and salt. Beat the eggs and sugar until well blended. Stir in the melted butter, milk, and orange juice. Stir in the flour mixture just until moistened, and then fold in the cranberries. Do not overwork or beat the dough. Pour batter in a 9” x 5” x 3” greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake 350 degrees for about 55 - 60 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
