1 LB liverwurst
½ tea Worcestershire sauce
1 finely grated onion
1 TBSP chopped pickle relish
½ tea salt
¼ tea fresh ground pepper
1 TBSP mayonnaise

Mix liverwurst with mixer. Add remaining ingredients. Serve on pumpernickel or rye bread.
