3 cups fresh strawberries
3 cups sugar
|
Put in large kettle and pour sugar in cone shape. Pile in center of berries. Do not stir. Place o low heat and cook slowly until juice is extracted. Increase heat . Boil 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Let stand 24 hours.
