2 cups 10 x sugar
2 TBSP flour
dash salt
1 egg white
2 TBSP milk
1 tea vanilla
1/3 cup shortening
1 TBSP butter

Peak egg white. Set aside. Cream shortening, butter. Add vanilla, flour, 10 x, salt. Add milk. Fold in egg white. If too dry, add more milk. Too wet, add more 10x.
