3 TBSP butter
3 TBSP flour
½ cup boiling water
2 chicken bullion cubes
½ cup heavy cream
1/8 tea nutmeg
½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 LB chipped smoked turkey breast
1 10 oz package frozen broccoli

Microwave broccoli according to package, and drain. Set aside. Microwave butter, high, 45 seconds, and stir in flour. Blend in flour. Stir in water with bullion, cream, & nutmeg. Microwave medium, 4-7 minutes till thick. Stir. Stir in Parmesan Cheese. Set aside. Arrange turkey in bottom of 8X8 microwavable dish. Put thin layer of cream sauce over top. Place broccoli on top of turkey, and top with remaining sauce. Microwave med-high, 6 - 8 minutes. Garnish with paprika.
