6 Potatoes, cut for scalloped potatoes
4 Carrots, cut in circles
1.5 lbs Cooked Smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 large sweet onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tea oregano
2 TBSP parsley
1/2 tea pepper
1 TBSP worcestershire sauce
1 can stewed tomates
1 can chopped mushrooms
2 TBSP brown sugar

Alternate the above ingredients in crock pot.
Bake in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with grated parmasean cheese.
