ingredients |
directions |
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1/4 cup of rice
One carrot finely chopped
One small finely chopped potato
One stick of finely chopped celery
1/2 cup of sliced green beans
|
Place all ingredients into a large casserole dish. Cover with water and mix. Place lid on casserole.
Microwave on High for 10 minutes and then medium for 10 minutes. This should be cooked at least an hour before feeding so that it is well cooled.
