Mint tea - stems and all
Water
Sugar

Fill pot halfway full with mint from the garden. Fill pot rest of the way with water. Bring to a boil and simmer low for 20 minutes. Let stand another 20. Remove greens and add sugar (about 1 cup per 2 quart container). Refrigerate and serve.
