Strawberry Pie

ingredients |
directions |
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 TBSP light corn syrup
2 heaping TBSP cornstarch
dash of salt
small strawberry Jell-O
1 quart strawberries
1 baked pie shell
|
Cook 1st 5 ingredients till thick. Add ½ small box of strawberry Jell-O and 1 washed and sliced quart of strawberries. Put in 9” baked pie shell. Chill. May top with whipped cream.
