Rice Pudding

ingredients |
directions |
1 cup rice in Dutch Oven
Cover with ½ inch water. Start on high
½ cup sugar
½ tea salt
Mix:
2 eggs
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
2 tea vanilla
2 TBSP butter
|
Bring first 4 ingredients to boil. Add 1 quart milk. Turn to medium. When boils, turn to low. Simmer 30 minutes covered. Remove and let stand 20 minutes covered.
Add mix to above mixture and bring to a boil. Put into serving dish. Sprinkle cinnamon before serving.
