1/4 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
2 TBSP flour
1 cup dark KARO
3 eggs
1 heaping cup pecans
1 TBSP rum
1/2 tea vanilla
1/4 tea salt
1 9" unbaked pie shell
|
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and salt. Beat in eggs, Karo and flavorings. Pour into pie shell. Top with pecans. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 350
degrees and bake 35-40 minutes longer until center is firm.
