9” baked pie shell
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
4 firm fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
|
Blend pudding and milk at low speed. Add cream, beat 2 minutes or until peaks form. Fold in sliced peaches, reserving ½ cup for garnish. Pour into shell, garnish with reserved peaches. Refrigerate till firm.
