Cake
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup soft shortening
1 egg
½ cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tea baking powder
½ tea salt
2 cups blueberries
Topping
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup sifted flour
½ tea cinnamon
¼ soft butter
|
Mix well - sugar, shortening, and egg. Now add milk and cream well. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Put into mixture and beat till smooth. Mixture will be thick. Fold in 2 cups or more of blueberries. Put in well greased 9” square baking pan
Sprinkle topping.
Bake 375 for 45 - 50 minutes.
